The problem this solves
A group with several trading brands usually ends up with several CRMs, because keeping the customer lists apart matters more than the convenience of one system. That means several subscriptions, several sets of practices, and reporting that only exists if someone builds it by hand each month.
The requirement underneath is not really "multi-brand". It is that one brand's data must not be reachable from another — which is a data isolation question, and most tools answer it with a filter that a mistake can undo.
What FullArc does about it
Isolation enforced three times
Every record belongs to exactly one account, separated in the request context, again in the database client, and again by row-level security in PostgreSQL. The layers are independent, so a mistake in one is caught by the next.
Each brand looks like itself
Documents, quotes, invoices and outbound email carry that brand's identity — not the group's, and not ours.
Its own sending reputation
Suppression lists, bounce handling and deliverability tracked per brand, so one brand's campaign cannot damage another's.
Permissions per brand
Five roles and 46 granular capabilities, granted within a brand. Someone can be an owner in one and have no access to another.
One set of practices
The same pipeline conventions, templates and document workflows across brands, instead of each one drifting into its own habits.
Automation across the group
A versioned API and outbound webhooks, so group-level tooling can read and write across brands where you deliberately allow it.
Start to finish
How one job or account moves through FullArc:
- A brand gets its own account. Its customers, deals, templates and settings, isolated from the others.
- People are granted access per brand. Someone working across two has access to two. Nobody has access by default.
- Each brand sends as itself. Its own identity on documents and email, its own suppression list and sending reputation.
- Practices stay consistent. The same stages, permissions model and document workflow everywhere, so moving between brands does not mean relearning.
- The group reads across. Through the API, deliberately, where you have decided that is appropriate.
Where FullArc is not the answer
There is no built-in consolidated group dashboard that reports across brands in one view today. Cross-brand reporting is possible through the API, but you would be assembling it. If a single roll-up view is the reason you are looking, say so — it is the kind of gap worth hearing about.
Saying this on a page meant to sell you something is deliberate. A trial that ends in week three because a core requirement was never there wastes considerably more of your time than reading a paragraph does.
