Quotes and contracts, signed without leaving the deal

Generate the document from the record it describes, send it for signature, and keep the signed copy attached — instead of rebuilding the same numbers in a word processor.

In one line

Produce the paperwork from the deal, not from a template someone re-typed.

What you get

Quotes from deal data

Line items, quantities, tax and totals built from the opportunity rather than re-entered — so the quote and the pipeline cannot disagree.

Electronic signature

Send a document for signature and track it through to signed, without a separate e-signature subscription.

Place fields where they belong

Drag signature, initial, date and text fields onto the actual PDF, assigned per signer and colour-coded so you can see whose is whose.

Certificate of signing

Each signature records who signed, when, from what IP and — where available — the city and region, and produces a certificate attached to the document.

Reusable field templates

Save the field layout for a contract you send repeatedly, so the second one takes a minute rather than ten.

Your branding

Documents carry your company identity, not ours.

The re-typing problem

In most businesses the same numbers get entered three times: once into the CRM, once into a quote, and once into an invoice. Each retyping is a chance for them to diverge, and they diverge silently — the version the customer has and the version you are reporting on are simply different, and nobody finds out until someone queries a total.

Generating each document from the deal removes the retyping and the divergence with it. Change the opportunity, regenerate the quote; the numbers move together because there is only one set of them.

What signing actually captures

A signature is worth what its evidence is worth. FullArc records the signer, the time, the IP address and an approximate location, and produces a certificate attached to the document — so when a signature is questioned, there is a record rather than a recollection.

  • Per-signer fields. A document with two signers shows each of them only the fields they are meant to complete.
  • A defined workflow. Draft, review, approve, configure fields, send, signed — so a document cannot go out before someone has looked at it.
  • The signed copy stays attached. On the deal, not in an email thread.
