Why FullArc asks for access to your Google account
Connecting a Gmail mailbox is optional, and FullArc asks for access only when you choose to connect one. It is what makes the feature above work: FullArc synchronises the connected mailbox so your mail can be read, searched and replied to inside the app and matched to the right customer record, it saves and updates drafts in your mailbox so a message you begin in FullArc is waiting for you in Gmail, and it sends mail from your own address when you send from FullArc.
To do that, FullArc stores a copy of the messages it synchronises — sender, date, subject and body — in your own account. It mirrors your mailbox rather than archiving it: a message you delete in Gmail is removed from FullArc when it next synchronises.
No person at FullArc reads your mail. Google user data is never sold, never used for advertising, and never used to train any AI model. Disconnect the mailbox in Settings, or revoke access from your Google account, and all stored access is deleted.
The exact scopes requested, what is stored, how long it is kept, and our compliance with the Google API Services User Data Policy including the Limited Use requirements are set out in the Google user data section of our Privacy Policy.
