About

Software for the whole arc of a deal

Most teams run prospecting in one tool, the pipeline in another, email in a third, documents in a fourth and invoicing in a fifth. FullArc is the argument that they were always one system.

The gap between those tools is where the work actually goes. Someone re-keys a lead into the CRM. Someone exports a list to send a campaign. Someone rebuilds a quote in a document editor, then rebuilds it again as an invoice. Every one of those steps is a place for the record to drift, and none of them is the job anybody was hired to do.

FullArc closes that gap by keeping one record from first contact through final payment. Finding a business, enriching it, working the pipeline, sending the campaign, producing the document and collecting the money are stages of one object, not exports between five.

Where it came from

FullArc was built inside a working business before it was a product. The first version solved one company's problem: finding businesses worth calling, then keeping everything that happened next attached to them. The parts that turned out to be specific to that industry have since been split into their own product, and what stayed behind is the part that was never industry-specific at all.

That order matters. It means the general-purpose core is what survived contact with real operational use, rather than what was designed in the abstract and hopefully fits.

What we believe

One record, end to end

A prospect, a conversation, a quote and an invoice are the same record at different points in its life — not five records in five systems joined by a nightly export.

You own the credentials

AI features run on your API key, billed to your provider account under your quota. We do not resell inference, so we have no reason to route you to a model that suits our margin.

The API is not an afterthought

Every surface in the product is backed by a versioned endpoint, and webhooks push changes out as they happen. What the interface can do, a script can do.

Built for more than one shape of business

A deal is a generic pipeline record. A service contract, a property sale and a machine all fit it, because none of them were allowed to bend the shared surfaces.

Bring your own AI, seriously

This is the decision customers ask about most, so it is worth being plain. FullArc has no platform API key. Enrichment, reply drafting and message composition all run on credentials you add in Settings, and if you remove them those features stop rather than quietly falling back to ours.

It costs us a smoother signup, and it is still the right trade. You choose the provider and the model. You see the true cost of the work rather than a marked-up allowance. Your prompts go to a vendor you have your own agreement with. And nothing you generate depends on a contract between us and a third party that you never got to read.

Who builds it

FullArc is designed and built by lightlyCoded, a small software studio. Small is deliberate: it keeps the people who answer support questions and the people who write the code the same people.
